Summer Workshops for Sacramento Area Sign Language Interpreters

SaVRID is pleased to let you know that we will be hosting two summer workshops for educational sign language interpreters. These workshops are a result of our brainstorming efforts at the Educational Interpreter Panel on May 9, and will be offered at the affordable price of $20 for SaVRID members. (Non-member price will be $25) We will provide lunch so that we have more opportunity to mix & mingle and get to know each other better.  Please see the flyers on the SaVRID Community Yahoo Listserv and www.savrid.org.

July 11, 2009- Vocabulary Building with Joan Jackson in the morning & Working with Mentors in the afternoon with Linda Lehman at the Sutter County Office of Education, North & South Boardrooms in Yuba City.

July 25, 2009-  Voicing in the Classroom Sheila Brager-Hall & Jen Weiler in the morning & Teaming with Joan Jackson at the Solano County Office of Education in Fairfield.
