Count Down: Cal Ed 2010

Just a gentle reminder that Cal Ed 2010: 50th Anniversary is 3 months away.

We have extended Early Bird registration until January 4th. Please remind your teachers, districts, students, peers, principals, support staff, parents and yourself to sign up soon!

We hope to have our presentations posted soon on our website! The following is what we have planned so far… Some minor details may change. We are gearing up for a grand conference!!

This years keynotes are Dr. Genie Gertz (Saturday night) and Dr. David Corina (Friday night). We are teaming with local Deaf organizations for a Crab Feed on Friday followed by DPHH in downtown Sacramento. Entertainment on Saturday night will be provided by the talented CODA Windall Smith from Oklahoma!

Child care will be provided for those who need the service (see registration for details).

CSUN will be providing a “parent tent” for parents. Parents are encouraged to attend the whole conference or only the parent tent (see registration for details).

SIGs will include 1) Administration 2) Early Start 3) Internet 4) Interpreters and 5) EHDI.
